I am an Engineer and an MBA from premier institutions in India. I have nearly two decades of industry experience in financial services/banking/Insurance/Hi-Tech. This includes 10+ years of senior/executive level experience with fortune 500 companies. After 18 years of rewarding corporate life, I decided to dedicate my life on building 'Execution-Making it Happen' as a recognized business and life management discipline. This has resulted in a knowledge-portal (ExecutionMiH.com) with six million hits, 2000+ pages of intellectual property and a fast growing & admired practice. Currently consulting many organizations and individuals on how to ‘make- it-happen’, through the discipline of Execution. For two years, I managed IT -Hub in India & global E-Commerce IT for Agilent, reporting to the global CIO. I have spent five years as the CIO & Head of Strategic Initiatives for New York life Insurance JV in India. For four years, I was fulfilling the IT enablement role with American Express financial operations for Japan-Asia Pacific Australia region. I have managed both high-growth start-ups as well as cost-reduction/divestment environments. I have techno-business hybrid profile, with solid business & IT knowledge and extensive change management experience. I have managed international as well as market specific responsibilities (including BPO/ITES). I am a Certified Quality Analyst from QAI.
