I am on a mission to guide (and learn from) my fellow-beings and organizations to achieve genuine success and fulfill their aspirations by instilling deep ‘Making-it-Happen’ disciplines in the way we lead our lives and businesses. Over last 6 years, I and my team have researched with 200+ companies, 5000+ Individuals, Nature, History, Scriptures, War-Fare, Social Sciences, Lives of iconic achievers and countless unsung heroes. Its a strange paradox that more one learns, more one realizes how ignorant one is. When I started I had 100 questions in my mind and had answers to 50 of them. Now I have 20000 questions in my mind and know the answers to 15000 of them. The good news is that fundamental answers to most of the questions to a successful and rewarding life, are simple and few.
I spent 18 years in corporate life working mostly with fortune 500 companies managing large portfolios and making obscene salary. One fine day, I gave all that up and embarked on this mission. Over last 5 years, I have built a successful practice which makes its money by doing hard-core execution programs on sales, systems, customer relationship, HR etc.. for hard-nosed business leaders. We get 1.5 Million hits on our website and have 10000+ registered members including employees of virtually every fortune 500 company. Our content is acknowledged by nearly 300 sites. We are coaching many individuals and companies to build deep execution capacity.
